“Equip, Transform, Mobilize”
We live in a world that ever increasingly causes anxiety. There is always something that is out there to cause us to be anxious. When you get to the bottom line of anxiety, it is the tension between what we desire and what we fear. How can you better deal with anxiety in these more anxious times?
1. Do not dwell on the negatives of the past. There are things you wanted to happen that did not happen, things you wanted that you did not get. The past is the past, Don’t dwell on the negatives of it!
2. Do not dwell on the fears of the future. I’m talking about things that “might” happen to you.
Live every day to the max! Live life THIS day and enjoy the people you have and the things you have today! Yesterday is past and tomorrow will take care of itself. I’ve heard it said “Yesterday is a cashed check, and tomorrow is a Promissory Note”
You have today! Live it in abundance and allow God to use you to make a difference in his Kingdom!
